The following usage policies and application forms are for the rental of public meeting rooms and the Main Library Canyon Theater & Gallery. Important: DO NOT e-mail the application form to us! Please deliver the hard copy of your completed application by mail or in person only. Addresses for the respective applications are printed on the individual forms.
