This collection contains panoramic views and photos of everyday events in and around Boulder County, Colorado by local photographer Edwin Tangen, 1906-1936. Tangen also photographed events and scenes in Denver, Jefferson County, Weld County and Wyoming. Each photograph is dated and identified.

This collection is a photographic record of the Colorado National Guard, Company H, of their participation in the Spanish American War; and of events related to World War I in Boulder, including men being drafted and marching off the Depot to depart to the war, their return at the depot, and Armistice Day parade.
