July 2, 3 and 4 – Holds Carryout and call center are closed for a city-wide furlough day and the Independence Day Holiday.

All locations remain closed to the public. At the Main Library, outdoor book returns are open and hold carryout service by appointment is available. Learn about our phased reopening.

BLDG 61 Door

Drop-in during this time to see the makerspace in action, learn about upcoming events and get hands-on with a project of your own. Check in with a Creative Technologist to get started.

  • Studio Access: includes Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, & other design programs available on BLDG 61 computers; sewing machines; serger; rigid heddle looms; spinning wheels; vinyl cutter; electronics workbench; and more.
  • Woodshop: While normally available, the woodshop will be closed until mid February for a special project.
  • 3D Printing Service: available during this time for drop off and pick up through a staff member.

Please note: Adobe Suite is now installed on select computers in the Main Library, available during library hours.

Youth 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult, no registration required.

All attendees must fill out our Acknowledgement of Risk and Release Form prior to use of makerspace.
