Join us for a weekly Garden Work Hour!
Every Thursday thru October 15
Come dig in the dirt, harvest produce, and help us maintain the Edible Learning Garden every Thursday through the summer. Dress for the weather, no experience required and be ready to have some gardening fun! All ages welcome.

Adultology: Butchering 101
Get ready for BBQ season by learning how to take down chickens and break apart larger cuts of beef, pork, and lamb. Get tips on utilizing parts and bones you might otherwise throw away. Come enjoy an in-depth cooking demo with Seeds Cafe staff.

Seed library; Share & Grow
Boulder Public Library’s Seed Library provides free packets of vegetable, herb, and flower seeds for use by the community. Please take what you need!
*Limit of 5 seed packets per person, per season
Generous Seed Donations from: Lake Valley Seeds and BBB Seed, and Boulder Food Rescue


Edible Learning Garden
The Edible Learning Garden is a demonstration of how to grow food sustainably in a small urban space. It is maintained by volunteers, Library staff, and local farmer, Catherine Blackwell. Food harvested from the garden is enjoyed by patrons like you, used in Seeds Library Cafe, or donated. Please visit and eat a sample!
