Testimonial: “I had a tech appointment today as I have not been able to download library ebooks onto my computer as my digital adobe editions stopped working for no reason. I had talked to a couple of tech people I know and nobody seemed able to solve the problem. I can’t even begin to tell you how appreciative I am for [my volunteer’s] patience, perseverance and knowledge. She spent an hour and 15 minutes working through the problem, trying different solutions and researching all the info she could find. Finally she was able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. Having ebooks during the coronavirus has been especially important to me and she was absolutely terrific! Thank you so much for providing this service and I so appreciate her not giving up!”
