Safety and Use Requirements

• All patrons who visit the makerspaces must adhere to the Makerspace Use Policy. Minors (under 18) must have a parent/adult guardian agree to and sign the Acknowledgement of Risk and Release Form before entering the space. Patrons under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian.
• All users and visitors must agree to and sign the Acknowledgment of Risk and Release Form each visit before entering the space. 

Additional Safety and Use Requirements for the Woodshop

• Closed-toed shoes are required, no exceptions.
• Eye protection and dust masks are required at all times in the shop. All additional safety gear must be worn as appropriate.
• Long hair must be safely secured and out of the way. Loose-fitting clothing, lanyards, and other dangly items are not permitted.
