Flatirons Meeting Room AV Instructions

Computer, printing, internet or wifi access resources are available at all our locations.

Equipment

• 60” LCD Screen with VGA and HDMI inputs.

LCD Instructions

Connect your device.

• Locate the video output on your device, and then connect it to the input on the left side of the screen with the appropriate cable.

Power on the LCD Screen

• Push the power button located on the right side of the screen.

Select Your Input

• Use the remote to select the input you are using.
  • The remote is attached to the back of the screen with Velcro.

Share Your Screen (Computers & Devices)

• If you are using a PC, share your screen with the hotkey [Windows Key + P]
• If you are using a Mac, share your screen with the hotkey [Cmd + F1]

Adjust the Volume

• Adjust the volume with the buttons located on the right side of the screen.

Shutting Down

• Disconnect your cables from the LCD screen.
• Push the power button to turn off the LCD screen.
• Return the remote to the back of the screen.

Troubleshooting

No video

• Make sure the system is turned on.
• Check and see if the cables are properly connected.
• Based on the type of cable you are using, check that the appropriate input is selected.

No Volume

• Check to see if your device itself is muted
• Check and see if the cables are properly connected.
• Check the volume indicator or muting on the control panel.
