Nutritional choices play a pivotal role in the health of both mom and baby. Learn what foods and nutrients to consume for optimal benefits during and after pregnancy. This session will include a presentation, activity and time for questions and answers with Noelle DeWitt Pierrat of BolderBabyBody. This program begins prior to library opening.
