Boulder Creek Meeting Room AV Instructions

Computer, printing, internet or wifi access resources are available at all our locations.

Equipment

  • Projector, 60” x 90” Screen
  • VGA and HDMI Wall Plate
  • Wireless Microphone System
  • Touchscreen Control Panel

Projector Instructions

Connect your device.

  • Locate the video output on your device, and then connect it to the wall plate with the appropriate cable.

Lower the projector screen

  • Click the down arrow on the screen control.

Activate the control panel

  • Tap on the control panel to activate it. The projector will turn on. The panel will light up and display the available options.

Select Your Input

  • On the control panel, select the input type you are using.

Share Your Screen (Computers & Devices)

  • If you are using a PC, share your screen with the hotkey [Windows Key + P]
  • If you are using a Mac, share your screen with the hotkey [Cmd + F1]

Adjust the Volume

  • Adjust the volume by tapping the volume up or down indicators on the control panel.

Microphone Instructions

Power on Microphone

  • Locate the power button on the microphone and hold it down for 2 seconds. You will see the microphone’s LCD turn on.  Begin speaking into the microphone until you hear yourself over the speakers.

Adjust the Volume

  • On the control panel, adjust the microphone volume by tapping the up and down indicators.

Shutting Down

  • Disconnect your cables from the wall plate
  • Tap the power button on the control panel.
  • Raise the screen.
  • Turn off the microphone.

Troubleshooting

No video

  • Make sure the system is turned on.
  • Check and see if the cables are properly connected.
  • Based on the type of cable you are using, check that the appropriate input is selected on the control panel.

No Volume

  • Check to see if your device itself is muted.
  • Check and see if the cables are properly connected.
  • Check the volume indicator or muting on the control panel.
